Frequently asked questions

Questions before you book?

Start here for the practical details. Treatment-specific risks, suitability, preparation, and aftercare are confirmed during your consultation.

01Do I need a consultation first?

A consultation is the right starting point when you are new to Anima, unsure which service fits, or considering a treatment that requires an individual assessment. Consultations are complimentary.

02How do you keep results looking natural?

The plan begins with your features, priorities, and comfort level. Your provider will discuss appropriate scope and realistic expectations; no specific outcome can be guaranteed.

03How much downtime should I expect?

Downtime depends on the treatment. Gentle facials may have little or none, while injectables, microneedling, peels, or laser may involve temporary redness, swelling, tenderness, bruising, or sensitivity. You’ll receive specific guidance before treatment.

04Where can I see current prices?

The live booking schedule shows current service prices and appointment durations. Final cost can vary when treatment depends on product amount, treatment area, series, or an individual plan.

05How does online booking work?

Open the booking page, choose a service or consultation, select an available time, and follow the secure scheduler prompts. If you are unsure what to choose, book a complimentary consultation or call the clinic.

06What should I expect on my first visit?

Plan to discuss your goals, relevant health and treatment history, current routine, and questions. Your provider will explain suitable options, tradeoffs, expected results, aftercare, and pricing before you decide.

07How do I know whether a treatment is suitable?

Suitability is individual. Health history, medications, recent procedures, skin condition, treatment area, sun exposure, and other factors may matter. Share complete information during consultation so your provider can advise you appropriately.

08How should I prepare?

Preparation varies, so follow the instructions sent for your appointment. If you have not received them or your health, medications, skin, or recent treatments have changed, contact the clinic before your visit.
