03How should I prepare for a first visit?
Arrive with clean skin and a list of any medications and skincare products you use. Your provider will review your history, look at your skin, talk through the options, and treat the same day only if that is appropriate.
04Will there be downtime or side effects?
It depends on the treatment. Many have little to no downtime, but temporary redness, swelling, or sensitivity is common and expected. Your provider explains the likely response and gives written aftercare before you go ahead.
05How do I book, reschedule, or cancel?
Book through the live schedule, by phone, or through social channels. To change or cancel an appointment, contact the clinic within its stated notice period to avoid a fee.
